At Le Onze de la Gare, we have had the privilege and pleasure of working as builders and designers for many years. It is with pride that we are putting the finishing touches on the audacious project of over 500 high-end condominiums that is Le Onze de la Gare.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our collaborators who have helped us, from near and far, in this wonderful adventure and thanks to whom we can say today: mission accomplished!
Naturally, we would like to express our special appreciation to our clients who have shown us an extraordinary confidence and who, as a result, have allowed us to live such a great success. It is with great pride that we have participated in the growth of an entire neighborhood and the economic redevelopment of Vaudreuil-Dorion.
This project was realized by Le Onze de la Gare and designed by Ruccolo+Faubert Architects and Dorel Friedman. Our financial partners, IPSO FACTO and the Bank of Montreal, supported us throughout this adventure and the promotion and marketing was coordinated by the experienced team of Quorum Group Inc.
Le Onze de la Gare is a contemporary and convivial architecture, outstanding common spaces, and an urban oasis in a bustling environment.
This project was one of the first visionary projects in the area. It has allowed the development of the community through its various contributions as well as its economic and social impact.
