Quorum Onze de la Gare Development Project: An interactive event featuring the new amenities and services of the new train station district in Vaudreuil-Dorion

(Vaudreuil-Dorion) Monday March 19th 2012 – Quorum held a special event last weekend showcasing the latest attractions and planed amenities for the increasingly vibrant city of Vaudreuil-Dorion. Close to 150 guests witnessed the lively interactive presentation of the future of the Quartier de la Gare project as well as services from the city of Vaudreuil-Dorion. Guests were also invited to private tours of the project.

“The Onze de la Gare is the most important real estate development project in the region. We are proud to have planned this avant-garde project around the TOD concept – Transit Oriented Development. Committed to sustainable community development, we are also pleased to announce a contribution to the activities of the new Vaudreuil-Dorion Multisport Complex” stated Maxime Laporte, Real Estate Development Manager at Quorum.

In speaking of the Vaudreuil-Dorion Multisport Complex its Manager, Mrs. Lucie Vachon had the folling comments: “The Vaudreuil-Dorion Multisport Complex is unique in its kind between Montréal and Ottawa. This state of the art facility equipped with track and field amenities, a rock climbing wall and indoor tennis courts also features gymnasiums and a fitness centre all up to par with Sports Federations requirements. Individualized training programs supervised by trained professionals will also be made available to our clientele including special needs programs developed in collaboration with the Vaudreuil-Soulanges CSSS. The Vaudreuil-Dorion Multisport Complex is destined to become the premier health hub for the citizens of Vaudreui-Dorion.”

After delivering and selling the Phase 1 units, Quorum as shifted its focus in developing of Phase 2 of the Onze de la Gare. Each phase comprises of 50 units deployed over 5 floors.
